Flow Shorts are available in both 3-inch and 5-inch lengths, giving you the choice to match your comfort and style, whether you’re tackling the trails or running through the city.

These shorts come with an inner lining designed for extra comfort and support. It helps minimize chafing, wicks away sweat, and reduces irritation, keeping you comfortable on even the longest runs.

The inner lining has a hidden phone pocket on the right thigh. Plus, there’s an additional pocket at the back, so you can decide which works best for you.

With Flow Shorts, we’re excited to introduce a brand new color to the world of UNNA: Gold Olive.

...and yes, they’re also available in Black.

Flow Shorts are made from Italian fabric ECONYL®, a regenerated nylon made entirely from waste.

What does that actually mean, you might wonder?

This fabric rescues waste that would otherwise pollute the Earth—such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring, and industrial plastics—and transforms them (in this case, into running shorts!). Once collected, the waste materials are carefully sorted and cleaned to recover as much nylon as possible.
