Tracking your order
Once the warehouse has picked your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number from your shipping carrier.
Please always allow some time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking info.
Returning your order
UNNA.com offers a 30 day return policy. Please note that the return freight cost will be deducted from your refund. Read more in our Return Policy, here.
Follow the below steps to return your order. For exchanges, please return your order according to the below steps and place a new order:
1. Click the link in your order confirmation email to reach the return form, or click here.
2. Fill in your order information.
3. Choose which product(s) you wish to return
4. Specify the return reason.
5. Once the return form is filled in, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with returning your order to the UNNA warehouse.
6. Place the product(s) you wish to return in the original packaging and ensure it's securely sealed. Place the return shipping label (and commercial invoice if you're based outside the EU) you received over the prior delivery information on the package and hand in to your nearest service point.
7. Once the return has arrived at the UNNA warehouse location and has been processed, you'll receive an email confirmation of your refund. We usually process returns once a week, so please allow some time for your return to be processed and refunded. If you've paid with credit or debit card, please allow 5-10 business days for funds to be transferred back. If you've used Klarna, you need to report the return in the Klarna app or website yourself.
